In view of the aforesaid, conditions of bail to remain within the jurisdiction of local police station i.e. Burwan Police Station and to meet the Officer-in-charge of the said police station once in every fortnight are waived.

Other conditions of bail imposed on the petitioner shall, however, continue.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
