1. Counsel for the petitioner submits that since after filing of the instant writ petition, the water connection of the petitioner's residence was restored with the assistance of Inspector-in-charge, Golabari Police Station.

2. This Court appreciates the role of the Inspector-incharge, Golabari Police Station in this regard.

3. The Inspector-in-charge, Golabari Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
