Iqbal Kabir ...... for the State Having considered the materials on record including the statements of witnesses prima facie disclosing petitioner as one of the accused persons who conjointly assaulted the victim resulting in his death, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.
