Pursuant to the order dated 28th February, 2023 a report has been furnished by the Assistant RegistrarVIII-in-Charge dated 20th March, 2023 wherefrom it appears that administrative notice was served and the same was received on behalf of the petitioner on 4th March, 2023.

Today, at the time of call no one appears for the petitioner and no accommodation is prayed for. It appears that petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
