The affidavit-of-service as filed today on behalf of the writ petitioners is taken on record.

It is submitted by Mr. Bhattacharya, learned Advocate for the writ petitioners that he will file requisite Court fees for 18 writ petitioners in connection with the instant writ petition within 10 working days from today. 3.

In course of his submission, Mr. Bhattacharya took me to page nos. 43 to 50 being copies of several representations as have been submitted by the writ petitioners with the respondent no. 3/authority alleging that the writ petitioners have not received any compensation despite requisition and acquisition of their land particulars of which have been mentioned in the said representations.

Mr. De, learned AGP appearing on behalf of the respondents/State and its instrumentalities in his usual fairness submits before this Court that the respondent no. 2/authority may be directed to consider the representations of the writ petitioners' in accordance with law.

In view of such, this Court while disposing the instant writ petition directs the respondent no. 2/authority to consider the representations of the writ petitioners' in accordance with law and after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the writ petitioners and/or their authorized representative(s) shall pass a reasoned order(s) and shall forthwith communicate the same to the writ petitioners preferably by email, if the email details of the writ petitioners are provided to him at the time of hearing.

The entire exercise as indicated hereinabove is to be completed by the respondent no. 2/authority within a period of 90 working days from the date of communication of the server copy of this order along with the copies of the representations as have been annexed at page nos. 43 to 50 of the instant writ petition.

Liberty is given to the learned Advocate-on-Record for the writ petitioner to communicate the server copy of this order along with the copies of the representations as have been annexed at page nos. 43 to 50 of the instant writ petition to the respondent no. 2/authority. 8.

The respondent no. 2/authority is hereby directed to act on the server copy of this order.

The time limit as fixed by this Court is mandatory and peremptory.

10. With the aforementioned observation, the instant writ petition being WPA 10743 of 2025 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
