Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered material on record. The bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court earlier considering the material on record. One of the persons who appears to have been present at the place of occurrence at the relevant time has implicated the petitioner in the alleged murder.

Considering the gravity of the offence as well as the alleged involvement of the petitioner therein, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The bail application is disposed of.
