Report is placed on record. The same be kept on record. Condition of bail imposed upon the petitioner not to enter the jurisdiction of Newtown and Rajarhat Police Station is waived. However, petitioner shall meet the Officer-incharge of the concerned Police Station once in a month until further orders. Other conditions of bail, however, shall remain the same.
