The petitioner has been aggrieved by the delay in filing of charge sheet.

It appears from the report submitted by the State that charge sheet has been submitted on 12th December, 2025.

In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that since the grievance of the petitioner is redressed, nothing further remains to be dealt with in the writ petition and the same is disposed of accordingly.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
