Both the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the parties to this revisional application are present. Ms. Sucharita Biswas, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite party/respondents has submitted that necessary direction may be given to the learned District Judge Birbhum to fix the date of hearing of the stay application on 10th May, 20023 at 2 P.M. Mr.

Jayanta Kumar Mitra, learned Senior Advocate conceded the submission of Ms. Sucharita Biswas, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite party.

Having heard the learned advocates, the learned District Judge, Birbhum is requested to hear the stay application on 10th May, 2023 at 2 P.M and till then the order of Joint Registrar Visva Bharati & Estate Officer

should not be enforced or till the date of disposal of the stay application, whichever is later.

With the aforesaid observation the revisional application stands disposed off.
