Petitioner submits that in spite of informing the police authorities no action has been taken. If the petitioner is faced with similar inconvenience till date, petitioner will file a fresh representation before the authorities concerned or with the Inspector-in-charge, Suti Police Station, Murshidabad.

State raises an objection regarding the contents of the representation made to the police authorities.

However, having considered that more than two years have passed and no action has been taken, police authorities would ensure that no inconveniences are faced by the petitioner and if a

fresh application is filed, the same be considered in accordance with law.

Police authorities would also keep surveillance to the extent that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place and/or any untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 10722 of 2023 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
