Petitioner is present in Court subsequent to such Rule. There is an error in the cause-title of the application granting anticipatory bail.

Conduct of the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner is such that his client stands affected. Since, the petitioner should not suffer from the laches on the part of his advocate, we deem it appropriate to allow C.R.A.N.2 of 2023 by the permitting the advocate-on-record of the petitioner to incorporate the necessary correction in the cause-title of the application granting anticipatory bail.

In the event, the corrections are not incorporated by 11 o' clock today, the department will not allow such correction to be incorporated thereafter.

The said correction be incorporated in the order dated September 29, 2022 by the department. In the event, the corrections are not carried out within the time specified, the consequent correction in the order dated September 29, 2022 need not be carried out.

C.R.A.N.2 of 2023 is disposed of.

Rule is discharged.

In the event the corrections are carried out petitioner will surrender within two working days from date.

In default, jurisdictional Court will take appropriate steps.
