The Court is informed that the petitioner was able to return to his residence and is living there. However, it is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the private respondents are causing problems with regard to his residence.

State and private respondents are represented. Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents denies such allegations.

In the facts of the present case, since the police intervened and took steps as directed by the learned court below, at this stage further interference is not called for by the writ court.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 11538 of 2021 is disposed of.
