It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor that the order dated August 29, 2022 has already been complied with. The college on March 27, 2023 has forwarded all necessary documents to the Director of Public Instruction, West Bengal for fixation of pay of the petitioner.

In support of his contention learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor has produced a copy of a letter dated March 27, 2023 along with its annexures.

Let a copy of the said letter be kept with the records.

Learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor shall make over a copy of the aforesaid documents to the learned advocate for the petitioner in course of this day.

In such circumstances, nothing remains to be decided in this contempt application.
