Mr. Anish Roy, learned counsel led by Mr. Swarup Paul, learned counsel appears for the petitioner. Mr. Sabyasachi Mondal, learned counsel led by Mr. Amal Kumar Sen, learned Additional Government Pleader appears for the respondents.

Today the matter has been placed under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of the petitioner for correction of four typographical errors which are apparent on the face of record.

By consent of the parties following corrections are made in the judgment dated July 14, 2025:

(i) In the 3rd line of Paragraph 21 at page 11 to the judgment the expression "petitioner"

shall be corrected and read as "deceased employee''.

(ii) In the 7th line and 9th line in paragraph 22 to the judgment the expressions both being "petitioner" shall be read as and is replaced by "deceased employee''.

(iii) In the 4th line of Paragraph at page 21 to the judgment the expression used "next date of retirement" mentioned in bracket, is corrected and replaced by "the immediate previous day of death''.

(iv) In the 4th line of Paragraph 29(i) at page to the judgment the expression "petitioner'' shall be read as and replaced by "deceased employee".

The above corrections are made by consent of the parties and shall be incorporated and read into the judgment dated July 14, 2025.
