The instant revision arises assailing the order dated 22nd February, 2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court at Jhargram issuing warrant of arrest against the petitioner. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that previously petitioner was on bail. However, on the last date of hearing of the case he could not attend the Court due to his ill health. He will appear before the Court henceforth and the warrant of arrest may be recalled.

Having heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner the instant revision is disposed of directing the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court positively on 19th May, 2023. In the meantime, warrant of arrest issued against him be recalled.

If the petitioner surrenders the learned Trial Court is at liberty to act in accordance with law in respect of the said petitioner.

The warrant of arrest against the petitioner will be revived if he does not surrender before the Trial Court on 19th May, 2023. The instant revision is accordingly disposed of with the above order.
