Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the parties have settled their dispute amicably and in view of such settlement, the connected suit has been withdrawn.

In view of such development, CO 1489 of 2024 has become infructuous and is dismissed as such. In view of such dismissal, the connected application being CAN 1 of 2024 is also dismissed accordingly. There shall however be no order as to costs.
