None appears on behalf of the State respondents, under such circumstances, this Court appoints Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick, learned Additional Government Pleader, along with his junior Mr. Biswajit Dutta to appear for the State-respondents, their appointments be regularized. The petitioner is required to serve a copy of the writ petition to Mr. Dutta.

The impugned recommendation for general transfer of the petitioner has been withdrawn by the School Education Department (Secondary Branch), Government of West Bengal, vide Memo dated August 14, 2023 bearing No: 1189-SE/SED-110099/149/2023.

In view of such development, the challenge has become infructuous, WPA 10729 of 2023 is dismissed as such without any order as to costs.
