It appears from the report petitioner had met the investigation officer only on 25.12.2021 and not thereafter. He has not complied with the condition of interim bail imposed upon him i.e. to meet the investigating officer once in a week until further orders.

In view of the indolent conduct of the petitioner, we are not inclined to extend the interim bail granted to him. That apart, there are ample materials on record to show he had dishonestly induced the de facto complainant to pay a large sum of money on the false promise of installation of medical equipment which he did not intend to do.
