Mr. Sourav Prasanna Mukherjee .......for the petitioner Mr. Samrat Sen Ms. Manali Ali ........for the State After hearing learned counsel, the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction on the Executive Engineer, Housing Directorate, Bankura Division to consider the representations made by the petitioner including the representations dated 06.07.2017 and 19.04.2021. The representations shall be considered within a period of six weeks from date and dispose of the same in the form of a reasoned order after hearing the petitioner. The concerned parties shall quantify the claim of the petitioner and locate the Bills which apparently were given by the petitioners to the respondents. The documents on record before this Court indicate that the petitioner approaches the respondents from 2017 onwards in respect of alleged performance and completion of the work.

A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from the date on which such order is passed and if the petitioner is entitled to his claims, the same shall disburse to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date on which such reasoned order is passed.

WPA 11426 of 2021 is disposed of in terms of the above.
