Records reveal that in respect of Goghat P.S.Case No. 398 of 2017 dated 04.10.2017 under sections 498A/307 of the Indian Penal Code, an application for anticipatory bail of the opposite parties herein was allowed by an order dated 27th October, 2017.The said opposite parties are the inlaws of the victim lady and the principal accused was the husband , namely Mrinal Pal, whose prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected. It also appears that the learned Public Prosecutor at the time of hearing raised no objection as against the prayer of the opposite parties herein. In the said conspectus, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case for cancellation of anticipatory bail of the opposite parties herein. Accordingly, the application for cancellation of anticipatory bail, being CRM 4128 of 2018, is dismissed.
