Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner 07.07.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. No.12 Rakib complains of land dispute relating to demarcation, conversion at the behest of the private respondents. Learned advocate for the private respondents on the other hand submits that the petitioner and the private respondents are co-sharers in respect of the subject property. State has submitted a report, wherefrom it reflect that number of proceedings have been drawn up and the petitioner and the respondents have made counter complains relating to encroachment of the property.

Be that as it may, if there has been violation of law, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Statutory Courts for their remedies. Police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Sections 126/135 of the BNSS and they would continue their surveillance and would ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 10703 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
