The reliefs prayed for by the petitioner in the instant writ petition appears to have been granted in her favour in the earlier writ petition filed by her being WP 6249 (W) of 2020.

The Court by order dated August 14, 2020 directed the respondents to act in a particular manner. According to the petitioner, the order of Court has not been complied with. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition praying for the same relief as has already been granted in her favour.

On the query of the Court as to how the writ petition was maintainable, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.

On such prayer made by the petitioner for withdrawal of the writ petition WPA 11419 of 2021 stands dismissed as 'withdrawn'.

Dismissal of the writ petition will, however, not stand in the way of the petitioner from approaching the proper forum for necessary relief.
