Mr. Palash Mukherjee ... For the Defacto Complainant Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the incident is a fallout of previous disputes between the parties. Charge sheet has been submitted. Their custodial interrogation is not required.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. It appears that the petitioners jointly inflicted serious injuries on the victim. They have been implicated by eye witnesses.

Considering the gravity of the offence, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The application for anticipatory bail is disposed of. Case diary be returned.
