Upon perusal of the report filed by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation before the Court, it appears that a decision has been taken. The Building Department would not have any objection if any emergent repairing work is done by the applicant at his own cost and risk, under the supervision of the structural engineer enlisted with the Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

This Court finds that the order has been complied with. The petitioner is free to take steps in accordance with law as per the direction of the Corporation for emergent repairs without making substantial changes.

Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of. The contempt proceedings are dropped.
