Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record including the statement of minor son of the petitioner. Minor child stated that the petitioner had conversation with the co-accused (her paramour) immediately prior to the occurrence.

In view of the aforesaid materials on record and the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
