Pursuant to the order dated 2nd March, 2023 a report dated 21st March, 2023 has been furnished by the Assistant Registrar-VIII-in-Charge wherefrom it appears that the notice could not be served upon the petitioner as the petitioner retired from service and left quarters allotted to her by her employer.

Matter has been running in the list for quite some time. On 2nd March, 2023 matter was taken up for consideration when no one appeared for the petitioner. Today also, at the time of call petitioner remains unrepresented.

In spite of making effort by the department of this Court to serve administrative notice upon the petitioner the same could not be served since petitioner has left the address which has been stated in the cause title of the writ petition.

It appears that petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
