The writ petitioner is aggrieved that the Kotwali Police Station has not taken any steps with regard to his complaint.

Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and having considered the report of the police, this court is surprised that the Principal of the School has not lodged any formal complaint with the Kotwali Police Station as regards defalcation to the extent of Rs. 33 lacs in the School's fund.

Ignoring the complaints of the petitioner as well as the private respondent no. 8, the Principal of the School shall file a detailed complaint with the Kotwali Police Station within seven days of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Kotwali Police Station, upon receipt of the complaint or even otherwise, make enquires and

register FIR and commence investigation as regards the alleged defalcation.

5.

Urgent action shall be taken by the police to recover the defalcated amount and or trace it out as early as possible.

6.

The report of the Kotwali Police Station is kept with the records. This court finds no inaction on the part of the police.

7.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

8.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
