Petitioner would submit all the documents in his custody in course of this week to the Enquiry Officer associated with Illambazar police station. The Enquiry Officer who had been carrying out the enquiry and issued notices upon the complainant

will collect the documents and prepare his enquiry report and ensure that the same is submitted before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate on 2nd July, 2025 which is the next date as submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 10720 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the basis of server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
