Case No.231 of 2022 which was pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Paschim Medinipur. Accordingly, the revisional application has become infructuous. Thus, CRR 1645 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently dismissed.
