Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record.

Petitioners are legal heirs of a deceased para teacher who died on 6th September, 2022. Said para teacher was working in Rasulpur High Madrasah (HS), Bankura.

During course of hearing it is pointed out that a letter was issued on 25th November, 2022 by the aforesaid Madrasah authority for submission of necessary documents in order to process the claim of the petitioners seeking release of EPF benefits due to death of para teacher.

However, it is not demonstrated before this Court that in terms of the said letter dated 25th November, 2022 documents were submitted before the said Madrasah authority.

Hence, leave is granted to the petitioners to submit necessary documents before Rasulpur High Madrasah (HS), Bankura at an early date.

In the event those documents are submitted concerned authority of Rasulpur High Madrasah (HS) shall forward the same to the concerned State authorities for early settlement of claim of the petitioners.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
