Mr. Manojit Bhattacharya Mrs. Sumitra Bhattacharya Mr. Arijit Chakraborty .....Advocates Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioner no.1 is the son of the petitioner nos.2 and 3. The petitioner no.1 had taken a temporary accommodation loan from a friend but the said friend made this look like a criminal case and instituted the present complaint. Even the parents of the petitioner no.1 were falsely implicated in this case. No prima facie case is made out against the petitioners which would appear from a plain reading of the petition of complaint. The associates of the complainant / opposite party are preventing the petitioners from attending the Trial Court. A warrant of Arrest is likely to be issued against the petitioners.

It does not appear that any Warrant of Arrest has been issued against the petitioners.

In the above circumstances, which are very peculiar indeed, the petitioners shall make all endeavour to appear before the learned Trial Court on the next date fixed. If they face any impediment, they shall be at liberty to approach the

concerned authorities including the police or the Registry of the Court for seeking necessary help.

No further order needs be passed in this regard. Accordingly, the instant revisional application is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
