The case number has been wrongly mentioned as WPA 10763 of 2024. The same ought to be read as WPA 10763 of 2023.

The order dated 5th August, 2024 is corrected accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.
