Learned counsel for the opposite party fairly submits that appropriate directions may be issued for expeditious disposal.

The petitioner has also filed CRR 576 of 2025 for expeditious disposal of Misc. Case No.712 of 2022. The same was disposed of vide order dated 29th April, 2025. The present petition is regarding expeditious disposal of execution case arising out of Misc. Case 712 of 2022.

In view of the facts and circumstances, learned trial court is directed to dispose of Miscellaneous Execution Case

No.182 of 2024 expeditiously in accordance with the law without granting any unnecessary adjournments. Accordingly, CRR 2098 of 2025 is disposed of. (Dinesh Kumar Sharma, J.)
