1. Learned advocate appearing for the appellant, on the basis of the instructions, submits that, appellant filed a previous appeal being CRA (DB) 27 of 2025 directed against the same judgment of conviction and the order of sentence as impugned in the present appeal.

2. It appears from the records that, CRA (DB) 27 of 2025 was admitted by an order dated February 25, 2025 passed by the co-ordinate Bench.

3. In view of the stand taken by the appellant in Curt, we dispose of CRA (DB) 180 of 2025 as infructuous, in view of the pendency of the previous appeal.
