The petitioner is aggrieved by the act of the Municipality in not providing certain information under the Right to Information Act, 2005.

This Court is of the opinion that the relief of the petitioner lies before a separate forum.

The present writ petition will not be maintainable in view of the prayers made in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for remedy, if so advised.
