Mr. Arindam Chattopadhyay Ms. Lipika Chatterjee Mr. Soumik Dey Mr. Saikat Pal ....for the petitioners Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda Ms. Ankita Paul ..for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. A fight broke out between two brothers and their associates. Both sides received injuries. A victim from the petitioners' side had his left hand chopped off. Charge sheet has been submitted in the instant case.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and refers to the statements of eye-witnesses recorded by the police as well as before the learned Magistrate. He also refers to the injury report, which shows grievous injury.

In view of the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the alleged roles ascribed to the present petitioners, I do not consider this is to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected.
