All parties are represented.

The two writ petitions are taken together for hearing since the two FIRs are vitally linked with

one another. Two FIRs being Tamluk PS Case No. 387 dated 12.04.2023 and Tamluk PS Case No. 335 dated 30.03.2023 have been registered. 3.

It is ordered that the investigation into the subject FIRs be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 2 months from date. All parties have agreed to co-operate in the investigation.

Mr. Tarak Karan and Mr. Raja Saha, learned counsel appearing for the State submit that the police do not have sufficient space to accommodate the vehicles.

The private respondents may apply before the Court below for return of the seized trucks.

The Magistrate shall decide the same after giving an opportunity of hearing to all parties, within a period of 1 month from date.

7.

With the aforesaid observations, both the writ petitions shall stand disposed of.

8.

There shall be no order as to costs.

9.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
