By this writ petition the petitioner has challenged the impugned adjudication order dated 22nd March, 2022 passed by the Joint Commissioner under the Central Excise Act. This is an appellable order and petitioner could not make out any case for not availing alternative statutory alternative remedy by way of appeal. Without going into the merit of the aforesaid impugned adjudication order this writ petition being WPA 10186 of 2022 is dismissed, in view of availability of alternative remedy by way of appeal.
