Banerjee) Mr. Palash Chandra Podder ...for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division) at Berhampore, Murshidabad to dispose of Partition Suit No. 239 of 2022 expeditiously. The petitioner has not annexed the copies of the order-sheets along with the civil revision application. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner produces the copy of the information slip wherefrom it appears that an order of status quo has been passed on an application filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Civil Procedure Code.

CO 1695 of 2025 is disposed of with the hope and trust that the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division) at Berhampore, Murshidabad shall make an endeavour to dispose of Partition Suit No. 239 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.

The learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application, along with this order, upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocate representing the opposite parties before the learned trial judge.
