Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Fake Indian Currency Notes (in short FICNs) valued at Rs.2,98,000/- were recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner and co-accused. Trial has commenced. Bail prayer of the coaccused was rejected earlier on merits.

Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
