And In Re : Utpal Biswas & Anr. ...... petitioners Mr. Debasish Kundu Ms. Doyel Dey .....for the petitioners Mr. Abhra Majumder Mr. Gourab Banrjee ....for the State Mr. Akashdeep Mukherjee Mr. Pritam Chatterjee .... for de facto complainant Heard learned lawyer appearing for the parties. We have considered the materials on record. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners there is a land dispute amongst family members. Keeping in mind the aforesaid submission and as no external injury is noted in the body of the minor, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the

satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on condition that they shall appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
