2. Writ petition is at the behest of a mother complaining that her son is missing.

3. Missing diary lodged by the petitioner was enquired into by the police.

4. Report submitted on behalf of the State dated June 8, 2026 states that the missing diary was enquired into. On enquiry, it transpires that the son of the petitioner and a married lady developed a relationship and that, both were last seen together on November 22, 2025.

5. Both the families lodged missing diary.

6. Apparently, son of the petitioner went missing along with a married lady after developing a relationship with her.

7. No further order needs be passed in this habeas

corpus writ petition.

8. This order will not prevent the petitioner from taking appropriate steps.

WPA (H) 47 of 2026 is disposed of.
