The alleged contemnor has complied with the order. However, the petitioner contends that the compliance is in respect of a plot, which was not the plot in respect of which the encroachment had taken place.

In the order of this Court, Plot No.2770 has been mentioned. The petitioner contends that grievance is actually with regard to Plot No.2730.

Under such circumstances, the contempt application is disposed of. Contempt proceedings are dropped. The petitioner may raise her grievance afresh, before the authority or before the appropriate forum with regard to the allegation of encroachment on Plot No.2730. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
