Having regard to the nature of allegations, which has surfaced from the statements of the victim girl and her friend recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for releasing the petitioners on bail at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail being CRM 4687 of 2021 is rejected.
