Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in the alleged crime and as they had absconded for about four years, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
