The proceedings initiated by the Employees' State Insurance Corporation authority against the petitioner appear to be in gross abuse of process of law in the opinion of this Court, as is the instant appeal. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellants Mr. Shiv Chandra Prasad on instruction submits that his clients do not wish to press the instant appeal any further. 3.

Hence, MAT 796 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, all connected pending applications, if any, shall also stand dismissed. 4.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.
