The representation which was advanced before the Officer-in-Charge, Bowbazar Police Station is in respect of a dispute relating to property.

State has submitted a report. I have perused the same and on assessment of the report so submitted by the Officer-in-Charge, Bowbazar Police Station, I am of the view that the petitioner would be well advised to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under the relevant provisions of law. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 10910 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
