The two petitioners stand identified by the local people as the staffs of the quack doctor and that they helped the quack doctor to perform the abortion.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 1894 of 2023 is dismissed.
