AGP Mr. SM Samim Ullah ... for the State-respondent(s) The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his representation dated 1st April, 2025 made to the Officer-in-charge of Khanakul Police Station was not considered. The petitioner complains that he has been abused and threatened with dire consequences.

Additionally, it has been submitted that the genesis of this incident is because of a dispute created by the private respondents over rearing of fish at the pond; dispute relating to demarcation of the land and throwing of garbage at the petitioner's property.

State has submitted a report

which reflects that the police authorities on a number of occasions drew up proceedings under Section 126/135(3) of the BNSS.

Having considered that the police authorities are already having the knowledge regarding the nature of the dispute existing between the petitioner and the private respondents, I direct that the police authorities would ensure that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents. All efforts be taken for maintaining peace and/or tranquility in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 10664 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
