Banerjee) (Via Video Conference) Mr. Sakti Pada Jana ... for the petitioner Ms. Jhuma Chakraborty Ms. Munmun Tewary ... for the State Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra Ms. Supriya Dubey ... for the SSC The petitioner has some grievances about not being enlisted by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission relating to which, in a somewhat similar matter, this court passed a judgement on 9th July, 2021 in WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh -Vs.- State of West Bengal).

The judgement passed by this court was carried to appeal and the appeal court passed some order with which the judgement and order of this court has merged. This court cannot pass, as of now, any other judgement and order in a similar matter.

I am told that the petitioner has filed one representation dated 12th July, 2021 on the basis of the fresh interview list published on 21st June, 2021. Thus he has taken recourse to the judgement of Abhijit Ghosh (Supra) passed by this court and then the appeal court's judgement passed in some other similar matter. I do not understand the reason for filing this writ petition as the petitioner has already filed his representation to the Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission which is at Annexure P-10.

The representation was made on 12th July, 2021 whereas the judgement delivered by this court in WPA 10789 of 2021 was delivered on 9th July, 2021. This being a wholly frivolous petition, I dismiss it. However, there shall be no order as to costs. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
